If your Nicenic Cloud Server or Dedicated Server has expired, please review the following important information.
Expiration Policy After expiration, your server will enter a grace period of up to 7 days. During this period, you can still renew the server. However, the service may be suspended and not accessible. If the server is not renewed within 7 days, it will be terminated. All associated data may be permanently deleted. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered
What Should I Do Next? If your server has already expired, renew it as soon as possible within 7 days to avoid data loss. If the server has already been terminated, you will need to place a new order.
Can I Recover My Data? If your server is still within the 7-day grace period, you may renew it to restore access. After the grace period ends, all files will be deleted by the data center, then data recovery is not possible
