Why Can't I Update DNS for My .hk or .com.hk Domain?
If you are unable to update DNS records or nameservers for your .hk or .com.hk domain, this may be due to a registry-level restriction.
For .hk / .com.hk domains, after registration, activation, contact update, WHOIS update, or other registry-side changes, further updates may be temporarily restricted for 48-72 hours.
During this period, DNS changes, nameserver updates, or other domain updates may not be accepted or may not take effect immediately.
What You Should Do
Please wait 48-72 hours before submitting further updates. After the restriction period has passed, you should be able to update DNS records or nameservers normally.
