If you are using a Nicenic Cloud Server or Dedicated Server, this guide will help you understand the most commonly used service ports.

The following are the most commonly used ports on Nicenic servers:

RDP (Remote Desktop)
Port: 3389
Used for remote desktop access to Windows servers.

SSH
Port: 22
Used for secure remote login to Linux servers.

FTP
Port: 21

HTTP
Port: 80

HTTPS
Port: 443
Used for secure web traffic with SSL/TLS.

Mysql
Port: 3306
Used for MySQL database connections.

MSSQL
Port: 1433
Used for Microsoft SQL Server connections.

NotificationSMTP port 25 is not provided. Nicenic cloud servers and dedicated servers do not support SMTP port 25.
If you have specific requirements for ports other than port 25, you may Submit a Ticket to contact our support team. We will assist in confirming availability based on your use case.

What to Check If a Port Is Not Working
If you are unable to connect to a port, please check the following:
Whether the server firewall allows the port
Whether the corresponding service is running
Whether the IP address and port number are correct
Whether your local network or ISP is blocking the connection
If everything appears correct but the issue persists, please submit a ticket for further assistance.

Conclusion
These are the most commonly used ports for Nicenic cloud servers and dedicated servers. Before configuring remote access, web services, or databases, make sure the required ports are correctly set up. For further assistance, feel free to reach out to the Nicenic support team.
