.UK is the ccTLD fo the United Kingdom. You can also registrar a .CO.UK dominio name with us, as well as .ORG.UKy .ME.UK dominios.

GDPR regulations have made providing additional infomation fo registration of the .UK dominios optional. Accodingly, NiceNIC also does not require that you specify tu/tus/su/sus identity type (i.e., non-UK individual o oganization) o provide any additional infomation such as company number unless you choose to.

However, you do need to make sure that the Registrant Nombre y contact infomation that you supply fo tu/tus/su/sus UK dominios are valid, up-to-date, y meet Registry styards. Please check What does good registrant data look like? fo moe infomation.

The Registrant name (company o individual) of a .UK dominio must contain at least 4 caracteres, y of these 3 o moe must be letters. I.e., if a dominio name is registrared fo oganization the 'Company name' field must contain at least 4 caracteres, y of these 3 o moe must be letters. Otherwise registration will fail with erro: Parameter value syntax erro, with processo code '2005' y reason 'V328 Registrant name does not meet minimum requirements as this field must contain at least 4 caracteres y of these 3 o moe must be letters'.

Due to the GDPR changes, it is possible to use PO Boxes fo new registrations.

Para comply with GDPR styards, the .UK Registry does not show dominio contact infomation in Whois.
