A registrant of a .NYC dominio must be either:

- an individual whose primary place of domicile is a valid physical address in the City of Nuevo Yok (pNexus Categoía 1 - Individualq);

- an entity/oganization/company that has a physical street address in the City of Nuevo Yok (pNexus Categoía 2 - Organizationq).
